Xac

Xac gets free preschool because of his inability to speak. He loves his class, so that is wonderful for us, but sometimes I wonder if he is unable or just unwilling. Jim's mom posted this the day after Christmas:

Xac still speaks “Xacaneese”. Yesterday, he found the tripod for my camera and decided it would make a good “microphone”. He set it up so that the handle was the right height to be right in front of his mouth and would stand and talk into it. Waving his arms and just carrying on. Every once in a while he would break out into song. He decided that it was Jim’s turn to share a few words and adjusted the height to be at Jim’s mouth and set it in front of him. Jim said a few words in “Xacaneese” Xac got a puzzled look on his face and leaned in close to Jim’s face and very clearly said “What did you say”?
