Tuesday.

Xhaiden got his Squeakers yesterday. Jim has been building a catapult for the boys and wonders if we can send Xac to school with a weapon for show and tell. The boys saw the Cat in the Hat today at the library. At first neither wanted to sit on his lap. Then Xac wanted to take his picture. I told him to ask, which he did, and the cat nodded and sat with his thumb up waiting for Xac to push the right buttons on Dad's cell phone.  Then Xac sat for a picture. Jim held Xhaiden in, but Xhaiden wanted nothing to do with him. We had story time and cookies, then went to the back room and made cute little red and white striped hats out of construction paper for the boys. On our way out Xhaiden saw the Cat in the Hat and gave him a big hug.

Jim visited me at the restaurant today and ordered food. He then posted on FB about having a hot waitress and needing to take her home after work, etc. Later he brought Xhaiden to see me, who gave me a hug, then he took him down and set him a few feet away. I had forgotten about the squeakers til that point when I heard these little squeaky shoes coming towards me, fast. Jim had to drag him away from me.

Tonight I gave Xhaiden 3 chocolate chips for going potty all by himself - we still are in the bribing stage. Afterwards it was time for bed and he was jumping up and down on the end of our bed for so long it seemed like he was that little wind up doll. What a fun night. I'll add pictures later.
